My journey into Human-Computer Interaction and UX Design began with a deep passion for helping others. I wanted to find a way to bring everything I have learned throughout my career, into a space where I could make meaningful and lasting impact. 

 

I’ve spent over 15 years in hospitality, customer satisfaction, sales, and management, building a strong foundation in empathy, communication, problem-solving, and understanding human needs. When I combine these skills with my passion for technology and design, I’m able to approach UX with a uniquely human-centered perspective.

I care deeply about the human experience, and I’m fascinated by the ways people interact with technology in their everyday lives. UX allows me to bridge that gap, designing solutions that are intuitive, inclusive, and genuinely supportive of users.

I understand that technology is constantly evolving, and I embrace continuous learning as part of this journey. With my decision to move into tech industry, it was important to me to find a space where I could create the greatest impact. UX design became that space, I've earned a career where I can align my skills, values, and purpose.
